Welcome to Inner Power Training, the first step to embracing the strong, powerful, and amazing person you are. My name is Jenna Anderson and I'm a personal trainer/yoga teacher in Flathead Valley of beautiful Montana. I've been in the fitness industry for over 4 years now and look forward to helping you with your goals and being there as your coach on this fabulous change you've decided to embrace.
My philosophy on fitness is the body is meant to be moved and for us to confidently move it in whichever direction or aspect we feel inspires us at the moment. Inner Power programs are functionality and progressive based, changing as your body changes and your goals and aspirations change. With measurable results to base your progress by and a personal program developed to set you up for success.
My training style provides a balance between cardiovascular improvement, strength training, and flexibility. A lifestyle change, which is what you're embracing, stretches far beyond just the changes of the body, which is why we'll discuss some nutritional advice and suggestions for you, and goals and challenges you might have not only inside the gym, but also outside.
